I’ve been trying to make NFT markers using an online tool. But I’m running into a problem. No matter what image I use, the confidence rating at the bottom always shows zero stars. I’ve tried lots of different pictures, but the result is always the same.
Here’s what I see:

The image shows the tool’s interface with an upload area and some options. But the important part is the star rating at the bottom, which is empty.
Is this a bug in the website? Or am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it? I really need to get this working for my AR project. Any help would be great!
hey isaac, that sounds super frustrating! i’ve played around with nft markers too and ran into some weird issues. have you tried tweaking the image before uploading? sometimes boosting the contrast or sharpening helps a ton. also, what size are your images? i found that keeping them around 500-1000 pixels wide works best.
oh, and random thought - are you using the latest version of the tool? maybe there’s a bug in an older version?

I’ve encountered similar issues with NFT marker creation. From my experience, the tool can be quite finicky. Have you tried adjusting the image parameters before uploading? I found success by increasing the contrast and sharpness, as well as ensuring the image has distinct features. Also, check your image dimensions - I’ve had better results with images around 800x800 pixels.
If you’ve tried all that and still get zero stars, it might be a tool malfunction. In that case, I’d recommend trying an alternative like ARToolKit or Vuforia for marker generation. They’re a bit more robust and might give you better results.
Lastly, don’t forget to clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Sometimes these web-based tools can get stuck. Good luck with your AR project!
hey, i had the same problem. seems the tool is picky; high contrast, detailed pics work best. check image size and format (jpg or png). if it still bugs, tool might be glitching. maybe try another marker creator.
