Dark MShadows, this time you’ve really crossed the line. You bought loads of NFT bats, drove the floor price to 0.1 ETH when it should have been 0.069 ETH, and then handed out tickets to a lucky few, leaving countless true fans dejected. These fans love WTF and CoE, but they have responsibilities and financial struggles. They don’t have time to learn new tech or buy expensive stuff. Indeed, it seems like low Spotify streams led you to believe there’s less interest in WTF and CoE compared to LIBAD. Many can’t even afford Spotify, let alone your experimental tech projects. Does this small group really represent the core fan base? Absolutely not. They deserve more respect. Plus, you rely on tech that real engineers don’t value while hurting your most dedicated fans. Imagine, 20 years ago, these fans used Walkmans and basic headphones to savor your music. It was their lifeline. Now, you’ve dangled a cherished show and made it unreachable with an odd NFT raffle. How can they appreciate the band they grew up with when they were dealt a harsh life? It’s like you’re catering to a new genZ Fortnite crowd, ignoring the ones who always supported you. You claimed that more fans now have bats (NFTs), but what’s the point if they still can’t get tickets? Frankly, this feels heartless and purely profit-driven. Do you think motivational speakers or profit margins are more important than your loyal fans? Remember, their patience won’t last forever.
hey guys, i’m kinda torn on this whole nft ticket thing with dark mshadows. like, i get they wanna try somethin new, but it feels like they forgot about us regular fans, ya know?
i’ve been listenin to them since forever, saved up for months to see 'em live back in the day. now it’s all about who can afford these fancy digital thingies? not cool, man.
but here’s what i’m wonderin - did the band even think this through? like, do they know how many of us are gettin left out? maybe we should start a petition or somethin, show 'em how many real fans are upset.
what do y’all think? anyone got ideas on how we could get the band to listen? maybe if enough of us speak up, they’ll realize they’re missin out on their true supporters.
anyway, just my two cents. this whole thing’s got me bummed out, but i still love their music. just wish they’d remember us little guys, ya know?
I’ve been following Dark MShadows for years, and this NFT ticket situation is disappointing. While I appreciate the band trying to innovate, it seems they’ve lost touch with their core fanbase. Many of us who’ve supported them through thick and thin simply can’t afford or understand this new tech. It’s not just about the money - it’s about feeling valued as long-time fans.
I remember queuing for hours to get tickets back in the day. That was part of the experience, and it felt fair. Now, it seems like only those with deep pockets and tech knowledge get a chance. What about the fans who’ve been there since the beginning but are struggling financially?
The band needs to find a balance between embracing new tech and respecting their loyal fanbase. Maybe they could offer a mix of NFT and traditional ticketing? Or reserve a portion of tickets for long-time fans? Whatever the solution, they need to act fast before they alienate more of us who’ve supported them for years.
yo guys, this nft thing is kinda messed up. i get tryin new stuff but like, what about all us who’ve been ridin with dark mshadows forever? we aint all got cash for fancy tech bs. feels like they forgot about the real fans who’ve been there since day 1. maybe they should think bout makin shows for everyone, not just the rich techy peeps
