Hey crypto community! I’ve been thinking about rebuilding my portfolio from the ground up and wanted to get some opinions from you all.
Here’s my situation: I’m looking at today’s market with fresh eyes and wondering how I’d approach things differently. Let’s imagine I have $1,000 to deploy right now - no counting on lucky airdrops or crazy bull runs like we had in previous cycles.
My main questions:
- Should I stick with blue chips like Bitcoin and Ethereum for that solid foundation?
- Are there any layer-2 projects or DeFi protocols offering real value that aren’t overhyped?
- What about mid-tier coins that might have room to grow over the next couple years?
Tools and strategy wise - I’m torn between focusing on technical analysis, using on-chain data, or just keeping it simple with DCA strategies. Also trying to figure out if centralized exchanges are the way to go or if DeFi platforms are worth the extra complexity.
Red flags - What would you definitely stay away from right now? I’m thinking meme tokens and super low-cap alts are probably not the move, but curious about your take.
Basically trying to build something that can weather different market conditions while still having upside potential. What’s worked for you lately?
