Beginner question: Is Crypto.com staking functioning properly for you?

I connected my wallet using the deposit address for LUNA tokens. Since direct staking for LUNA isn’t available on the platform, I decided to try the DeFi staking feature and also used the Earn program to generate some yield. However, when I check my portfolio in the mobile app, nothing shows up at all. The balances appear empty even though I completed the staking process. Is this normal or am I missing something in the setup? Has anyone else experienced this issue where the staked amounts don’t display correctly in the app interface? I’m wondering if there’s a delay in updating or if I made an error somewhere in the process.

Had the same display problems when I started using the platform. I was looking in the wrong wallet section at first - super confusing. If you staked through DeFi, those positions don’t always sync right away with the main app. Check the DeFi wallet section directly - it’s way more reliable. The main app can take up to 24 hours to show DeFi staking info properly. With LUNA, their network handles rewards and balances totally differently than other tokens, so keep that in mind. Double-check your deposit actually went through by looking up the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer. I once thought my deposit failed because of a display glitch, but it was just gas fees that the app didn’t explain clearly.

crypto.com’s interface is buggy as hell, especially for DeFi. check your wallet’s transaction history first - make sure everything actually went through. the staking usually works but the ui doesn’t refresh. give it 48 hours before freaking out. luna deposits are notoriously slow to show up in their system.

that’s weird. i’ve used crypto.com for a while and never hit this exact issue with LUNA staking. quick question - did you stake through the DeFi wallet app or the main crypto.com app?

how long ago did you stake? there can be delays with certain tokens, and LUNA’s had some… interesting times lately

try the basics first - refresh the app or log out and back in. the portfolio display gets stuck sometimes and needs a kick. also check you’re looking in the right spot - staked amounts sometimes show under “earn” instead of main portfolio.

what exactly shows up in your earn section? does it say “no active positions” or is it blank? trying to figure out if this is a display bug or something wrong with the actual transaction.
