Crypto.com updates card program: Higher stakes, new banking features

Hey everyone,

I just saw that Crypto.com made some changes to their card program. They’re calling it ‘Level Up’ and it includes some banking stuff. But here’s the catch - they’ve also upped the staking requirements for the cards.

Has anyone else checked this out yet? What do you think about the new features versus the higher stakes needed? I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to keep my current card or maybe upgrade.

Also, I’m curious about how this compares to other crypto card options out there. Any thoughts on whether Crypto.com is still competitive with these changes?

Let me know what you all think!

hey there luna_dreamy! i’ve been keeping an eye on crypto.com’s updates too. gotta say, im kinda torn about the whole thing

higher stakes? yikes, that’s a bit of a bummer for sure. but those new banking features sound pretty interesting. have you looked into what specific features they’re adding? im really curious about how they might make things easier for us crypto enthusiasts.

what kinda rewards are you getting with your current card? do you think the new program might actually give you better perks to offset the higher stake?

oh, and have you checked out any other crypto cards lately? i’ve been wondering if maybe nexo or crypto.com might be worth a look. what do you think?

anyway, let us know what you decide! it’d be cool to hear more about your experience if you do end up upgrading or switching to a different card. crypto world moves so fast, its hard to keep up sometimes lol

hey, saw the crypto update. higher stakes got me hesitating :unamused: but their banking stuff intrigues me. been using binance card n it’s still chill. crypto.com might be cool if they smooth out the perks, ya? anyone else feel the same?

I’ve been using Crypto.com’s card for a while now, and these changes are significant. The higher staking requirements are a bit of a hurdle, especially for newcomers. However, the added banking features could be a game-changer for those looking to consolidate their crypto and traditional banking activities.

From my experience, Crypto.com has been reliable, but these changes do make me question its competitiveness. Other platforms like Coinbase and Binance offer similar cards with potentially lower entry barriers. It’s worth comparing the rewards and fees across different providers before committing to a higher stake.

Ultimately, the decision to upgrade or keep your current card depends on how much you use it and whether the new features align with your financial needs. I’m personally going to wait and see how these changes play out in the long run before making any moves.
