Hey everyone,
I just saw something that made me do a double-take. The former president is selling digital cards with himself as different characters. There’s one where he’s a superhero, another as a biker, and even one as a boxer!
People online are pretty upset about it. They’re calling him names and saying he’s taking advantage of his supporters.
What do you think about this? Is it just a fun thing for fans or is it crossing a line? I’m curious to hear your thoughts on these digital collectibles and if you think they’re a good idea or not.
Let me know what you think in the comments!
lol, this is so bizarre!
former prez sellin superhero cards? what’s next, action figures?
tbh, it feels kinda desperate. like, dude, you were president! why stoop to this?
but hey, if ppl wanna buy em, that’s their choice. just seems a bit tacky for an ex-leader, ya know?
wonder how much these things are goin for anyway?
hey there! i gotta say, this whole digital card thing with the former prez is pretty wild, right?
it’s like, one minute they’re running the country, and the next they’re selling superhero trading cards? talk about a career change!
but for real tho, i’m kinda torn on this. part of me thinks it’s just a bit of harmless fun for fans who wanna collect something unique. but then again, it does feel a little… idk, off? like, shouldn’t ex-presidents be doing more serious stuff?
what really gets me curious is - why superheros? why not just regular trading cards with photos from their time in office? and do you think this might start a trend? imagine if ALL former presidents started doing this!
what do you reckon - would you buy one of these cards? or is it just too weird? and do you think it changes how people view him as a leader?
can’t wait to hear what you all think about this! it’s such a strange situation, i’m dying to know everyone’s take on it!
This whole digital collectibles thing seems like a pretty transparent cash grab to me. I get that politicians often try to capitalize on their fame, but superhero trading cards? That’s a bit much. It feels like it’s trivializing the office of the presidency and potentially exploiting loyal supporters.
At the same time, I can see how some fans might genuinely enjoy collecting these as novelty items. If people want to spend their money on it, that’s their choice. But it does make me question the former president’s judgment and priorities. Shouldn’t ex-presidents focus on more substantial legacy-building activities?
Ultimately, while it’s not illegal, it does come across as somewhat tacky and beneath the dignity of a former world leader. It’ll be interesting to see if this strategy pays off or backfires in the long run.
