for sure, crypto is super unpredictable! but that shouldn’t hold u back. maybe consider putting in just 5-10% of your cash - that’s what i’d suggest. sticking with bitcoin and eth is a good move, way more reliable than other coins.

The fundamental analysis skills transfer over, but you’ll need to learn crypto-specific metrics like network activity and adoption rates. I jumped into crypto two years ago after doing stocks for a while, and the 24/7 market took some getting used to. Don’t wait for the perfect entry point - you’ll miss opportunities. Dollar-cost averaging works way better for most people. Learn wallets and exchanges before you invest anything. That learning curve hits harder than you’d expect.
