nah, not feelin it. feels like a cash grab tbh. avatar’s all about nature n stuff, right? NFTs ain’t exactly eco-friendly. plus, most fans prolly can’t afford em. woulda been cooler if they did somethin more accessible for everyone. just my 2 cents tho
As a long-time fan of both Avatar and Korra, I have mixed feelings about this NFT collection. While the artwork might be appealing, I’m concerned about the environmental impact of NFTs and their questionable value as investments. The shows have always emphasized balance and respect for nature, so this move feels somewhat at odds with their core messages. Additionally, I worry that this could be seen as a cash grab, potentially alienating fans who can’t afford or don’t want to participate in the NFT market. It might have been better to release physical collectibles or focus on new content instead. Ultimately, I think this decision risks tarnishing the franchise’s reputation more than it enhances it.
yo, i’m kinda torn on this one. like, i love avatar and korra to bits, but NFTs? idk man. on one hand, the art could be super cool n all, but on the other… doesn’t it feel a bit off? 
i mean, what about all the fans who can’t get in on this? feels a bit exclusive, ya know? and aren’t NFTs not great for the environment or something? kinda goes against what aang and korra stood for, right?
but hey, maybe i’m missing something here. anyone else got thoughts on how this could actually be good for the fandom? like, could it bring in new fans somehow? or is there a way to make it more inclusive?
also, just curious - if you could design an avatar NFT, what would it be? i’d probably go for something with appa, that big fluffy guy always makes me smile
