I’m having trouble with the AR.js NFT marker generator tool. No matter what image I upload, I’m not getting any star rating for the confidence level. It’s always blank at the bottom of the page.
I’ve tried different types of images, sizes, and formats, but the result is always the same. No stars appear.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Could it be a problem with the tool itself?
I’m wondering if there’s a workaround or if I’m doing something wrong. Any tips or suggestions would be really helpful.

hey there isaac31! i’ve run into this annoying issue too, it’s super frustrating right? 
have you tried playing around with the image contrast? sometimes bumping it up a bit can help the tool pick up on the details better. also, what kinda images are you using? i found that patterns or logos tend to work better than photos. oh, and make sure your internet connection is stable - sometimes a weak signal can mess things up.
btw, have you considered trying out some other AR platforms? there’s a bunch out there that might be more reliable. what sorta project are you working on? sounds interesting! 
I’ve experienced similar issues and found that the problem often stems from browser compatibility. Switching to a different browser, particularly Chrome or Firefox, may resolve the issue. Additionally, clearing your cache and temporarily disabling ad-blockers or script blockers can help. It’s also worth checking that your image meets the tool’s specifications; a high-contrast, around 512x512 pixel image tends to work best. If these steps don’t help, consider alternative marker generators such as Vuforia or ARToolKit as potential solutions.
hey isaac, had the same prob. try using a diff browser, chrome worked 4 me. also, check ur image size - bigger isnt always better. sometimes the tool’s just buggy, so u might wanna try again later or use a different generator. good luck!
