Hey folks, I need some help with my tax filing. I have been staking cryptocurrency through my Wealthsimple account and earned some rewards in 2024. Now I am trying to figure out how to properly report these staking earnings when filing my taxes using Wealthsimple Tax.
I have been looking through all the different sections in the tax software but I cannot find the right place to enter this information. The staking rewards need to be reported as income but I am not sure which form or section to use.
Just to clarify, I have not sold any of my crypto holdings yet. This is only about declaring the rewards I received from staking activities.
